We are currently looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our fantastic team!
***Permanent residency in Athens is a prerequisite for this position
As a Loss Prevention Specialist you will be responsible for:
- preparation and realization of inventories in stores according to internal procedures
- training store staff regarding inventory rules and actions aimed for reducing inventory losses
- complying with company inventory standards
- stock status reporting
- supervising the activity of employees who participate in the inventory
We are looking for a person who has:
- at least 2 years of experience in retail
- a very good capacity for planning and organizing his own work and the work of the entire team
- the ability to plan and achieve medium- and long-term objectives
- the ability to make decisions
- successfully led teams of people
- results orientation
- availability for business trips
- a driving license
- very good knowledge of English
